Our apiary will soon be changing locations
We are relocating our site from Uengsterode to Harste. There, we will have more space and better conditions for our bees. The move is taking place in stages. We are very much looking forward to this new chapter!

Breeding Buckfast queens
If it says Buckfast on the label, it must contain Buckfast – this guiding principle underpins our work as beekeepers. A good beekeeping operation stands or falls on the quality of its queen rearing. For us, a broad gene pool is the foundation of healthy and productive bee colonies.

Honey – A natural product
Honey is a pure natural product made from flower nectar and honeydew, rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It has antibacterial properties, supports good health and provides readily available energy.
Its versatile flavour makes it ideal for sweetening drinks or as an accompaniment to cheese, meat and desserts.
We are delighted to introduce you to our honey. Our bees are hard at work all year round, and each batch tastes slightly different – depending on the season and location.
As well as classic varieties such as blossom honey, early spring honey, rapeseed blossom honey and acacia honey, you will also find exquisite honey creations such as strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, peppermint and pistachio in honey, or our latest variety: vanilla pod in black locust honey.
