General terms and conditions of business
§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer, in the version valid at the time of the order. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional in nature (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Formation of a Contract; Storage of the Contract Text
(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online shop "imkerei-euler.de".
(2) In the event of a contract being concluded, the contract is formed with:

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following provisions apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.
The ordering process involves the following steps:

Final review and/or correction of the entered data. Binding Submission of the Order by Clicking the "Order with Obligation to Pay" or "Buy" Button: Before bindingly submitting the order, the consumer may—after reviewing their details—return to the webpage where the customer's information is entered by pressing the "Back" button in their web browser to correct any input errors, or may cancel the ordering process by closing the web browser. We acknowledge receipt of the order immediately via an automatically generated email (the "Order Confirmation"). By means of this email, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the Contract Text for Orders Placed via Our Online Shop: We store the text of the contract and send you the order details along with our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) via email. You may also view our GTC at any time at https://lazelife.de/datenschutz/. You can view your past orders in our customer area under "My Account" -> "My Orders."
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The listed prices include statutory VAT and other price components. Any applicable shipping costs are added separately.
(2) The consumer has the option to pay via PayPal.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. In such cases, delivery shall take place no later than 3 business days after the order is placed. The delivery period begins—in the case of payment via advance bank transfer—on the day following the payment instruction issued to the bank responsible for the transfer; for all other payment methods, the period begins on the day following the conclusion of the contract. If the final day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period shall end on the next business day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the sold item passes to the buyer only upon delivery of the item to the buyer, even in the case of a mail-order purchase.
§5 Retention of Title
We retain title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
