Our acacia honey is a true delicacy from our apiary. In sun-drenched, black locust-rich regions of Germany, our bees collect the nectar of the false acacia only during its short flowering period – this makes this variety particularly exclusive.

 Its flavor is mild, floral-sweet, and it barely crystallizes. Thanks to its high fructose content, it remains liquid for a long time and is ideal for sweetening tea, muesli, yogurt, or desserts – a highlight also as a natural sugar substitute. The light color, fine texture, and delicate aroma make our acacia honey a favorite for everyone who loves particularly mild and elegant honeys.
