Our rapeseed blossom honey is a mildly sweet treat from our apiary and a wonderful ingredient for naturally refining dishes. Made from the nectar of bright yellow rapeseed blossoms, it has a light to pale yellow color and a pleasantly subtle sweetness.


 For this purpose, some of our bee colonies move to the flowering rapeseed fields in the Frau Holle region around Großalmerode, where they collect nectar for four to six weeks. This results in a honey with a fine texture and mild aroma, perfect for sweetening tea, muesli, desserts, or as a natural sugar substitute.
